New and improved Sugar Art & Fashion Show in 2014 and beyond!  We are thrilled to announce that we now have local Mad Girl Representatives located in your city.  This will insure more face time before productions, higher show attendance, larger community outreach, & a continued presence in your city year round.  This will enable us to build a stronger creative network and relationships within your city while continuing to provide you with more opportunities for National Exposure, Publicity and Marketing.

SUMMARY:
Mad Girl Productions' Sugar Art and Fashion Show (www.sugarartandfashionshow.com) is a night of collective artistry supporting emerging and underground female talent, gathering different genres of artists from music, fashion, photography, fine and graffiti art into one venue.  Sugar gives emerging female talent the ability to showcase their work, network with other creatives and industry professionals, gain exposure, create brand awareness, obtain media coverage, and obtain mass internet marketing and exposure in an edgy and innovative manner.

The Sugar Art and Fashion Show  is in our 4th year of business serving emerging talent nationwide.  Since our start in Los Angeles in 2009, we have produced over 50 art & fashion shows.  Working with over 200 designers, 300 artists and photographers, 1250 models, 700 hairstylists and makeup artists.   We have successfully completed two National Tours, Sugar Does America and Sugar Does America 2, we were invited to produce an event for New York Fashion Week in 2012 by the Bryant Park Hotel, we produced events for NYFW and LAFW in 2013, and have gained the attention of VH1, MTV, and many other Televison Networks.

Our passionate, dedicated, and incredibly creative team is made up of designers, musicians, artists, writers, and models which gives them a deeper understanding of the artist struggle and makes them more determined to create a prolific event and experience for our talent.

We are known for our ability to connect with our talent, build lasting relationships, grasp attention, and make a powerful and colorful statement with our events which draws media and the public.  We specialize in social media networking, marketing, public relations and producing wild and unforgettable events!

CONTESTS
Magazine Editorial/Feature Contests:  Sugar Art & Fashion Show Team Members will choose their top 3 candidates from each category(Artist/Photography, Designer, Model, MUA, & Hairstylist) to be considered by the magazine editors.  From the 3 candidates chosen the Magazine Editoris will choose one designer, photographer/artist, model, mua, & hairstylist from the show to be considered for a feature in their publications.  Any talent can win more than one editorial/feature.  The designer, model, mua & hairstylist winners will work together to collaborate on each spread.  (Please note: The editors do not always fine "talent" from each category that they want to feature in their magazine.  In this case, the "talent" will be responsible for finding whatever they need to complete the shoot; model, designer, photographer, stylist, etc.)  If chosen by the Magazines, Sugar Art & Fashion Show will advise you on how to claim your prizes.  You will have exactly one year to claim this prize.  Sugar Art and Fashion Show is not liable or responsible for any unclaimed prizes.  It is the talent's responsibility to meet the submission deadlines and to work with the theme given by each Magazine Editor.  The editors will publish the spreads that they feel are of highest quality and best fit the theme of the current issue and the feel of the publication as a whole.  To view previous Sugar Art and Fashon Show Winner Spreads please visit(http://www.sugarartandfashionshow.com/winners-spreads.html)

"I had the pleasure of displaying my work at a Sugar show... It was my first public display of my photographic works, I was very excited to show my work. On top of showing my work I got a chance to watch the runway show... Timmery is very professional & puts so much into her events, I will never forget her drive. I appreciate the chance to meet and work with Sugar & Timmerys crew... I have much respect for what Timmery does." - Tatiana Lavin, Los Angeles Photographer

"Sugar has a spontaneous spirit in that the show comes together with a lack of pretense. I always like seeing the art going up, and the runway being assembled the day before the show, and then going the next night and seeing what it magically turns into. It surely has the element of the unexpected. LA's Sugar shows overflowed with artists, models, fashion, photography, DJ's, musicians, and people with atmosphere. There's nothng subtle about it. It explodes with life on the scheduled night and sends out a wave of vital, bristling energy from the participants. Sugar crosses boundaries and has given my art exposure to various sets of eyes that might have never encountered it. It achieves what it sets out to do...to give a wide, open avenue to the newest moves happening in the scenes it's comprised of." - Robert Stoddard, Los Angeles Artist

"I had found nothing but positive, energetic, creative , and honest people working with MadGirl Productions' Sugar art and Fashion Network. Timmery Turner and her associate Krystle Monahan were friendly yet professional. A true joy to work with. Their promises of giving me more exposure and more opportunity to network with not only up and coming artists,crafts-persons and other professionals ,have not only been delivered but guaranteed. What impressed me most is that they don't forget about you and drop you once you are no longer being "used" for a show. They stay with you and also the extended professional "family" of Sugar Alumni truly make one feel included and valuable. My experience with them all has been uplifting and very enjoyable!" - Kristof Corvinus, New Orleans Artist

"I had the privilege of working with Timmery and the Sugar Art and Fashion Show for the first time at the end of 2012, for her Suagr Unchained NYC event. Timmery was professional, fun and easy to work with. I was a little nervous at first because I was sending pieces out for the show. Timmery handled everything very well and I knew my artwork was in good hands. I was able to see pictures of my art at the show afterwards and it was displayed very well. I was also able to participate in the Suagr Does Minneapolis event in July 2013 and attend in person. Timmery and her crew were just as fun and helpful when we were working face to face. The night was a great experience as I met many other artists, art enthusiasts and photographers. I would highly reccommend participating in a show, it is a great way to get exposure for your work and make new connections! Thanks Timmery and crew!" - Rikki Sneddon, Minneapolis Artist
