Summary:
Sugar Art and Fashion Show (www.sugarartandfashionshow.com) is a night of collective artistry supporting emerging and underground female talent, gathering different genres of artists from music, fashion, photography, fine and graffiti art into one venue. Sugar gives emerging talent the ability to showcase their work, network with other industry professionals, gain exposure and brand awareness, obtain media coverage, connect designers and artists with local buyers and boutiques, and obtain mass internet marketing and exposure in an edgy and innovative way. The Sugar Art and Fashion Show is in our 3rd year of business serving emerging talent nationwide. Our passionate and incredibly creative team that is made up of designers, musicians, and artists have produced over 25 shows, working with over 200 designers, 300 artists and photographers, 1,250 models, and 600 hair and makeup artists. In 2012 we completed our first national tour producing shows in 8 major cities across the country. We were even invited to produce our attention grabbing and innovative show during New York Fashion Week at the Bryant Park Hotel this past September 2012. Every city we travel to we create new partnerships with publications and companies so that we can provide our talent with new outlets and opportunities to get their work to the masses. We are known for our ability to connect with our talent, grasp attention, and making a loud and colorful splash, specializing in social media networking, marketing, public relations and producing wild and unforgettable events! Join us in our national tour stop in your city for the Sugar does America 2 Tour! Gain National exposure and brand awareness for your designs and artwork! *All photographers and artists are eligible to win an editorial spread and/or feature in an issue of the Los Angeles based Tinsel Tokyo Magazine (www.tinseltokyo.com), Prysm Magazine (www.prysmmagazine.com), and Midnight Muse Magazine (www.midnightmusemag.com). Platform Options Option A: Wall Space Each artist and photographer can hang their work on the Sugar Walls during the length of the event (3 piece minimum). We encourage all artists to provide placards with information regarding pricing, contact, etc. *We are only booking 15 artists/photographers for this segment of the show, and we are reserving spaces on a first come first serve basis based off the originality of your work. Option B: Wall Space and Vendor Space* Each artist/photographer will be able to hang their work on “SUGAR” Walls, as well as, have a space on the floor where you will be able to display and sell and to the public. This is perfect for the artist or photographer who has a mass amount of small prints or other products. Option C: Vendor Space* If you choose not to hang your work, you have the option to showcase and sell your work or product line in a specified vendor area within the venue. All vendors are encouraged to have fun and be creative with their allotted space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, props, sinage, and extra lighting. *We are only booking 10 vendors for this segment of the show, and we are reserving spaces on a first come first serve basis based off the originality of your products.
