DJ French Kiss
Crystal Anasazi was born in the county of Worcester, Massachusetts. She started playing piano by ear when she was 6 years old an went on to play other instruments as well, such as French Horn, clarinet, trumpet, and voice. In her teens, she discovered the underground scene of electronic music where she found her new life long passion for DJing and electronic music production. Using the name DJ Kokopelli, Crystal would promote events and play music all over New England area including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and New York. She mixed with turntables, and although she was interested in many genres, she specialized in breaks and catered primarily to break dancers at that time (later, house and open format).
Around the age of 17, Crystal decided to study audio production at the Art Institute of New England. That's where she began to learn about the production and business side of business and technology information. There was a very popular one, internationally known as the Winter Music Conference, which actually resulted in her moving to Miami, FL in 2005. Since Crystal Anasazi moved to Miami, she expanded her style of music to suit any occasion, though her preferred style is house music. She's had the pleasure of DJing beautiful upscale venues, nightclubs, and lounges. She also booked some of the most exclusive gigs and private events for top celebrities such as Christina Aguilera and Jessica Alba. Crystal has played at clubs outside U.S. and is available for international booking as well. For booking please visit: www.djfrenchkiss.com |
WeHo
WeHo is a pop electronic producer/performer living in Miami, FL. Even before birth, her mother says she would dance excitedly in her belly whenever music was playing. Formerly known as Mercy, she spent most of her years (from the age of 13 on) playing an acoustic repertoire of haunting Sarah McLachlan inspired melodies.
WeHo is just getting started. In 2011, her single, ‘Addict’, was chosen to be featured in a video launch of the Milk and Honey Winter Collection designed by (Aussie) MTV VJ Ruby Rose. WeHo has performed live shows throughout Florida this past year, including the Miami Beach Pride Festival. She is about to start making much more of a scene as she nears the completion of the ‘Easy Kill’ album, which is set to debut during the summer of 2012. An Australia tour is in the works, along with shows in multiple U.S. cities. The music video for ‘Maybe It’s You’ is also currently underway.
